Shanon, Pregnancy/Childbirth Editor

Shanon Pruden CLD(CBI) is a Certified Labor Doula through Childbirth International. As mother of two little boys and the wife of one awesome hunk, she leads a pretty busy lifestyle. Homemaker by day and doula by night (well… sometimes by day!) usually has a way of working itself out. She loves supporting pregnant families through their childbirth years. The childbirth year is jam packed with so many changes and growth that it seems only natural to her that a family would employ a doula by their side to be in their supportive corner. She believes there is much more to this pregnancy and childbirth thing than most families have time to learn. She knows that a doula’s number one job is to be available for a mother’s on-the-spot learning! It is her mission to always be available for questioning… She spends a lot of time (and money for training) staying up to date with the latest buzz on the pregnancy front. From the information a family needs to make informed birth choices to the newest cloth diapering technique, she has you covered for your pregnancy and childbirth questions. She is working her way through some psychology degrees so that one day she can have the educational background to make a difference in the way America currently births. Equalla Foster, Inspire To Hope editor

Equalla Foster-All of my life I have felt inspired to help people rather it be mentally, physically, or however God would use me. Along with God, I credit that inspiration to my parents. They were and are amazing role models in my life. I am a Christian, Wife, Mother of three, Professional Makeup Artist and Inspirational Ambassador. I am no published author, credited blogger, pastor, titled minister, therapist, nor specialist. I am a woman set on her journey to fulfill my God-given purpose which is to inspire/encourage, help, mentor, and love.
Life is beautiful. You cannot convince me otherwise. The good and bad experiences are what mold us into the people we become. I believe treat people the way you want to be treated. Common sense tells me that wisdom is one of the most essential and greatest gifts that God can grant us next to His Love. Am I perfect? No, not even close. I definitely have my “moments” just ask my husband and kids. That is why I am excited to go on this journey with you. I have always used my inspirational writings as one of the therapeutic methods for myself when I endured difficult circumstances or as a badge of honor for my positive experiences. Trials and tribulations come to us all and the methods we use to get through them can make all the difference in the final outcome. I hope you receive my inspirational writings with open hearts and minds. I truly appreciate you taking the time to read what I feel lead to share with you. Please remember we are in this together and do not let another moment go by without realizing you ought to be thankful and humbled by the wonderful opportunity to be you in your life. Love and God Bless.
